- DEFINITIONS

Personal Data – information about an identifiable natural person through one or several factors defining physical, physiological, mental, genetic, cultural, social, or economic identity, including device IP, internet identifier, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
Policy – this privacy policy describing the rules for collecting and using user data of the service, collected directly from them or through cookies or similar technologies.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Service – the website operated by the Administrator at: luxsfera.eu
User – a natural person visiting the service or using one or several functionalities or services described in this Policy.
- GENERAL INFORMATION
This policy is directed to users of the website, functioning under the URL: luxsfera.eu. The Operator of the Service and the Administrator of personal data is:

The operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to data provided voluntarily in the Service.
The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:
running a newsletter,
handling inquiries via the form,
presenting offers or information,
based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), and (f) of the GDPR.
Our legitimate interest in processing your data to communicate with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) relates to responding to and conducting correspondence if your inquiry or notification is not related to a contract.
The Service performs functions for obtaining information about users and their behavior as follows:
through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
through saving cookies in end-user devices.
The Service enables the User to contact the Administrator, providing contact and identification data and data related to the content of the message.
- SELECTED DATA PROTECTION METHODS USED BY THE OPERATOR
Login and data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in the event the database is stolen from the server.
User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it is not possible to reverse its action, which is a modern standard in storing user passwords.
An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which particularly means regular updates of programming components.

- YOUR RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON HOW DATA IS USED
In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations. This applies to such groups of recipients:
– authorized employees and associates (including Develogic sp. z o.o. based in Poznań, KRS: 0000873823) who use data to achieve the purpose of the website
– companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Administrator:
access to personal data concerning you (Article 15 GDPR),
their rectification (Article 16 GDPR),
deletion (Article 17 GDPR),
restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, but the right to object will not be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular establishing, asserting, or defending claims.
You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Service.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be performed with respect to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Administrator.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
- INFORMATION IN FORMS
The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the User, including personal data, if provided.
The Service may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
The Service, in some cases, may save information to facilitate linking the data in the form with the User’s email address filling out the form. In such a case, the User’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to process a service request or business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is for.
- ADMINISTRATOR’S LOGS
Information about User behavior on the website may be subject to logging. These data are used for statistical and administrative purposes.
- IMPORTANT MARKETING TECHNIQUES
The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the User’s end device. As for User preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
The Operator uses remarketing techniques to match advertising messages to the User’s behavior on the website, which may create the illusion that the User’s personal data is being used to track them, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is that cookies are enabled.
The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a person registered with it is using the Service. It is based on data for which Facebook itself is the controller; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the User’s end device.

Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular, text files, which are stored on the end device of the User of the Service and are intended for using the Service’s websites.
